The service was fairly ok.

The price is a bit high for each head. I wish they would clean up the soil away from the pedestrian walk. The mainline repair and the corner sprinkler head in those two areas had the soil put back properly and even. The rain & frost sensor not found and I wish you to tell me what I can do.

Expert repair, highest level customer service

Expert installation and repair team. Took their time to do it right and I never felt pressured or slighted. Answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Showed me in detail how to take care of and maintain my system. Crew was polite, respectful, and good natured.

Customer call us out because of a leak and over all system check. We determined that the leak is on the main 2in house line and leaking before the cross connection for the irrigation system. After explaining this to the customer we did our system check and found a broken head in zone 5. We replaced the head with a 6in PRS head. Also we replaced a nozzle in zone 7. The custom labor charge is for the digging and searching for the leak that ended up being the main line for the house

Customer called us out because zones 4,5,6 were not working, caused by bad module in the Hunter controller. Replaced controller with Rainbird TM2. Did a system check, found a broken head on zone 4 and a broken nozzle on zone 8, customer approved repairs.

Customer called us out for an irrigation inspection and a leak. We found 1 head that was sticking and needs to be replaced. Additionally there customer wanted a nozzle to be a 360 to cover a bed. We also repaired the mainline. All repairs were made and checked. No additional repairs at this time.

Customer called us out for an irrigation inspection. The Hydrawise that’s currently set up has stopped working, the screen will not respond even when hard reset. We replaced the controller and found 3 nozzles that need to be replaced. All repairs were made and checked. No additional repairs at this time.

Over all system check. Customer has an error message on his controller. After checking the controller we determined the master valve had failed. Once the master valve was replaced the error message went a way and allowed water to flow through the system to the zone valves. Also we replaced the controller from a Hunter X-core to a rainbird TM2 6 station.

Customer called us out due to controller settings being to much for his water bill from previous visit. We changed the settings per homeowner request and found 1 nozzle to be replaced. Quote for controller as customer did not want it done at this time.

During the system check, the clients main concern about zone five not operating properly, was found and resolved along with some other issues throughout the property. A total of nine pop-up spray heads were flagged to be replaced throughout the property. The heads were either set several inches below the grade and were spraying into the dirt when operated, or had damaged stems/connections and were leaking significantly. A fixed spray nozzle on an existing spray head was flagged to be replaced with a rotary nozzle as it was not the correct type for the zone. A pop-up spray head was flagged to be cap as it was behind the AC unit on top of river rock and no longer needed. The issue with zone five was the total runtime. Five is a drip irrigation zone, and it only had 10 minutes at the controller. It’s recommended to have 45 minutes to an hour and a half per week with drip irrigation. During the system check, the concern that the client had about the water bill being high is most likely a combination of the leaking sprayheads, and potentially the controller having electrical issues and running longer or more often than expected. The controllers about 30 years old, and it is recommended to have it replaced. A total of 19 pop-up spray heads were flagged to be replaced due to the spray heads, either leaking significantly at the base of the stem and body, or not retracting after the zone was shut off. A total of five pop-up sprayheads were flagged to be capped as they are no longer needed for where the heads are positioned. A total of four nozzles on existing spray heads were flagged to be replaced as the heads themselves were in good working order, but the nozzles were damaged or were not the correct shape and size for the placement of the heads. We came to check the system, stop a leak, and make repairs. The leak was a mainline leak that we repaired. We replaced 5 4” heads with 6” heads and 2 4”heads on zone 1. We replaced 1 4” head with a 6” head, 1 4” head and capped a head on zone 2. We replaced 5 4” heads with 6” heads (moved 1 of them out from under the astroturf), and 1 4” head on zone 3. We replaced 4 4” heads (moved 2 of them out from under the astroturf), 1 4” head, and we changed 2 nozzles on zone 4. We replaced 1 4” head with a 6” head, and a 4” head on zone 5. Last we made new wire connections and waterproofed them at the valve for zone 4. We checked all of our work, and we spoke with the customer. Mainline leak has been repaired. Meter reads 0.00gpm at the and of this service call.
